The second highest title of distinction, awarded to accomplished individuals with remarkable commitment and achievement in scholarship, research, technology, or social development.
Eligibility
- Senior professional standing with at least five years of active contribution
- Nomination by a current SIHSD Fellow or a recognised institution
- Two significant contributions with demonstrated lasting impact
- Support from at least three reference letters from recognised experts

- Personalized certificate and plaque of recognition
- Authorization to use the post-nominal title FMSIHSD
- Permanent listing in the Fellowship Register
- Eligibility for leadership roles, speaking invitations, and priority access to grants
Validity
Lifetime award, retained while upholding SIHSD’s professional standards.
How to apply
- Direct applications without nomination are not accepted
- A current Fellow or recognised institution submits the nomination
- The Fellowship Evaluation Committee reviews substance and impact
- Successful nominees are elevated selectively as Dignitary Fellows
